Joyra E. Rook Vargas, U.S. Army, SSG (Ret), a native from Panama. She has a lovely daughter and is an active member of Mount Zion Baptist Church. Served in Operation Desert Shield/Storm. Supervised operations of special administrative office, managed directorate class nine supply accounts, managed 100% accountability of office supplies and automation, Implemented a record filing system that became the standard. Awards received were a Meritorious Service Medal, three Army Commendation Medals, and an Army Achievement Medal.
Joyra completed the Cosmetology Program from Miller-Motte Technical College. She has a MBA in Human Resources from Ashford University and a BBA in Business Management from Austin Peay State University. She has experience in the Finance Office for five years at GMBC. She has volunteered in various locations such as the Salvation Army; Emmanuel Health Spa, Walking Horse MBC Retirement Community. Also, North East High, North East Middle School, Mannheim Elementary School, and "Operation Turn Around" as a mentor with Clarksville Police Dept.

Anita Witherspoon-Kendrick, a native of Fort Wayne, Indiana. She is married going on 10 years, mother of five children, and grandmother of three. Anita is currently an active member of Mount Olive Baptist Church (Church Sanctuary Choir and Divine Sisterhood). Her education consists of two years in Business Marketing from Ball State University in Muncie, IN. She has professional certification training for IBM Introduction Cobol and SAS-Introduction JCL. An AT&T Customer Agent for three years and recognized Power of One Champion. She worked for the Department of Commerce Enumerator and was an I/T Specialist for IBM Global Services System Test Support in Fort Wayne, IN for four years where she interfaced with Business Clients, I/T professionals and other business partners. Operation Mainframe expertise for Year “2000” compliant mainframe system, Mainframe Endeavor Migrator and was recognized as Lead Migrator to coordinate and interact with developers to process large volumes of data modules.
Anita has been a landlord for over 20 years for a home ownership in Fort Wayne, Indiana. She was also a Part Owner/Manager of Cloverland’s Bed and Breakfast in Clarksville, TN from 2003-2005. Managed and operated the bed and breakfast on a daily bases. Utilizing the” Bed and Breakfast” as a venue to host special entertaining events. Scheduling overnight lodging and church retreats as well as training employees and servers to be best at hospitality. Also did administration duties such as ordering or buying food from vendors, advertising, cashier, bookkeeping and scheduling events.

Brett M. Bishop, a native of Germany and currently resides in Clarksville, Tn. He has a Bachelors of Business Administration: emphasis in Finance from Austin Peay State University. Brett is an active member of the Alpha Kappa Psi Professional Business Fraternity.
He is currently a Manager in Rucci's Enterprises (Four Retail/Service Areas), managing the skate shop in varied capacities. His skills are handling cash inflow and outflows with accuracy, inventory, and organizing community events, just to name a few. He has collaborated with a church for two community events: youth skating and raising money for a family that had lost a child, worked with another church to bring youth to a regional event to skate. He has also worked with The Clarksville Parks and Recreation Department to put on functions for community youth and given independent skateboarding lessons in the community.
